Cardrona is a block of six townhouses with units designed across a single level for easy living (three ground floor, and three on level one). Access to level one homes is via a central stairway and lift. The middle townhouses are slightly smaller than the outer ones. They all come with a feature gas fireplace for warmth and ambience, in addition to the ducted heat pump.
Cardrona uses a mix of plaster and cedar cladding. These townhouses are complemented by a cedar pergola across the level one deck with shade screens using cedar battens for both the deck and patio areas.
