Glenorchy is a block of four townhouses with units designed across a single level for easy living (two ground floor, and two on level one). Access to level one homes is via a lift and a feature central stairway clad in schist. They all come with a feature gas fireplace for warmth and ambience, in addition to the ducted heat pump. Glenorchy uses plaster and cedar cladding with a cedar pergola across the level one deck with cedar shutters for both the deck and ground floor patio areas.
