The first stage of Roys Bay Estate is set on the eastern perimeter of the site, bordering Kelliher Drive and lower Meadowstone Drive. This stage incorporates six different building designs and is beginning construction within the next few months. Construction on four showhomes on the site is also due to begin and these will feature four different interior schemes.
